 Downtown Martini Tour

 Saturday, Nov 14 2009

Evite is out

(Note:  All dates listed in the website are tentative.  Nothing is confirmed until the evite is sent out)

Who goes on the Martini Tours?
bullet The Tours are open to all those sophisticated, professional individuals who appreciate some of the finer things in life; those who know (or want to learn!) the difference between a Sloppy Martini, a Dry Martini, and a Burnt Martini.  Our typical age range is 25-40, and there is always a great mix of ladies and gents.
Are these Tours for "singles" only?
bullet Absolutely not.  These Tours are not meant as "singles" mixers.  Although we do have quite a few single people on each Tour, the focus is on enjoying a quality Martini, not on "hooking up".  Most likely, though, you will meet some great people who enjoy a fine cocktail as much as you do.
When are the Martini Tours?
bullet

The Martini Crew meets once a month, on a Saturday, usually at 6:30 pm.  Upcoming Tours are listed on this site.

What happens on the Martini Tours?
bullet

The Martini Crew meets in the designated restaurant or lounge.  At that time, the Host gives you your Official Martini Passport, which lists all of the destinations for the night, and is kept secret until then.  The Crew usually hits one joint an hour, for a total of 4-6 stops.  The Crew walks in between each stop, but it is never more than one or two blocks.  Each stop holds space for the Crew, so there is no waiting in line or cover charge.  As well, your Passport lists the recommended Martini(s) to try at each joint.  The Crew usually ends the night at a late-night club or lounge.

What do I wear?
bullet

These aren't your average pub crawls - classy is the key! Dress up - no jeans or casual wear. Suits for the gents, cocktail dresses for the ladies. Tuxes and ball gowns have been spotted on the Tour.
